How It All Started
Since a young age I’ve always been naturally drawn to jobs where I provided assistance to people who were in challenging life situations.
During my career as a Special Education Coordinator, I was presented with the opportunity to take a mentor coaching training program.
I immediately realized that I loved this work and I noticed, as well, that I had a natural ability for supporting others in this way.

During my career as a Special Education Coordinator, I was presented with the opportunity to take a mentor coaching training program.
I immediately realized that I loved this work and I noticed, as well, that I had a natural ability for supporting others in this way.
But it’s from my personal life journey that I’ve come to deeply appreciate and respect the extraordinary power of Life Coaching.
My experience of self development has revolved around some critical periods when I found myself making my way through life avoiding some significant challenges which I repeatedly encountered.
I discovered that I had been holding onto a story about who I was that was deeply influenced by a profound sense of shame.
In bringing that story to light I was able to let it go, and move beyond my limitations into a much healthier way of being, of relating to others and to the world around me.
I see a lot of people, especially those in midlife, coming to a critical point in their journey. Every day they are facing the world with more and more dissatisfaction.
Perhaps they are struggling from depression or anxiety that has built up over many years.
If you’re facing any of these challenges I’d love to help!
